If you need food

Do either you or your family require assistance? To request support from FAMSAC, please call (613) 820-5428 and leave a message with your name, the number of people requiring assistance and contact information, including when it is best to reach you.

One of our volunteers will contact you to set up an appointment for you to come to the food pantry to pick up your food. Please do not come to the pantry without having made an appointment.
